How you can pay and when your payment is taken.

Pay on delivery: you pay the courier when your order is delivered

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you confirm it.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is free. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate if your card is in another currency.

When you are charged

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay: the full amount is charged when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your card within 14 days.

Pay on delivery: nothing is charged online; you pay the courier when the order is delivered.

Security

Card payments are processed by our payment service provider over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection and may require 3-D Secure authentication by your bank. We never see or store your full card number.

Invoices

You receive an order confirmation by email. A VAT invoice issued by ELECTRODOMESTICOS BUBER S.L. (NIF B60199114) is sent with the dispatch confirmation or on request.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations and returns are made within 14 days to the card used for the order or, for orders paid on delivery, by bank transfer to the account you give us. See Returns and refunds.
